Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and size of your order. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Packaging and Handling

Each piece is carefully packed in custom, made-to-measure boxes crafted in-house by our team to ensure maximum protection during transit. We treat every object as a collectible — because it is.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Spirit Gallery cannot control or predict customs procedures and is not responsible for delays or additional fees once the shipment leaves our facilities.

6. Damages During Shipping

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged:

  • Retain all original packaging and the damaged item.
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@spiritgallery.fr with photos and a description.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
