Return rules summary
• Return requests accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Damage on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Return shipping is paid by the customer for change of mind returns
• No restocking fee
• Refunds are issued after inspection, within 7 business days of receiving the return
1. Return window and eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Our pieces are vintage and one of a kind. Natural signs of age, patina, minor marks, and small variations are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.
2. When returns are accepted
A. Damage on arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.
B. Incorrect item received or materially not as described
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
C. Change of mind
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the condition requirements below.
3. Items not eligible for return
Returns are not accepted for:
• Customised, personalised, or made to order items
• Items damaged after delivery due to handling, installation, use, or insufficient repackaging
• Returns sent without prior authorisation
4. Condition and packaging requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition as received and packed safely for transport.
If an item is returned with new damage, missing parts, or inadequate packaging, a deduction may apply to reflect the loss in value.
5. How to start a return
To request a return, contact us with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if relevant
We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship a return before receiving authorisation.
6. Return shipping and costs
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging. We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping.
If the return is due to damage on arrival or an incorrect item, we will cover or reimburse return shipping costs as agreed in advance.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you the outcome.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary)
• Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another piece, please place a new order.
